Yes, confidentiality is very important to us. Everything you share in counseling remains private, with exceptions only for safety or legal requirements. Your counselor will review confidentiality in your first session.

What are your hours of operation?

Our therapists are available for appointments throughout the day, Monday through Friday, with some availability after 5 p.m. Saturday appointments may also be offered, depending on the therapist’s schedule. Our main administrative office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
