Victoria works with adults, 25 years old and beyond. One of her foundational worldviews is that when she, or anyone else, is "stuck" in life there is always a way to move through the hardship. Initially, this movement through the obstacles can be quite messy. But, with practice and grace it becomes easier. 

Principal modalities: EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Greif Therapy, and techniques in Mindfulness, Relaxation, Inner-Child Visualization, and Somatic Awareness. I specialize in grief and loss, palliative care and am an End-of-Life Doula. I consistently participate in continuing education workshops. I find resources for the people I work with; consequently, when you come to therapy, you receive more than just counseling services. You receive personalized knowledge and self-help tools.
