I was born in Albuquerque and raised in the North Valley. I graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I then graduated from New Mexico Highlands University in 2009 with a Master of Clinical Social Work degree. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 19+ years. I currently specialize in working with adults and adolescents with all types of Trauma. I have also had many successful outcomes over the years working with clients needing help with Anxiety, Depression, Parenting, Grief, Phobias, and Substance Abuse. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) however I identify as an eclectic, person-centered and family-focused therapist.
