Life is a complex and often unpredictable blend of beauty, joy, and challenges for all of us. It is my honor to accompany people experiencing difficult life circumstances, transitions, depression, and anxiety and help them build new skills, gain new perspectives, and navigate into a healthy, more balanced and whole place in their life. I believe we live fuller, more authentic lives when we engage in healing, growth, and self-compassion, and when we align our life choices with our values (what matters the most to us). Over the past many years, I have worked in the fields of child and youth welfare, school social work, and most recently, Autism and other developmental differences/ neurocomplexities. Using techniques including a person-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, skill-building, identifying and building on strengths and values, and a social justice-informed perspective, I individualize the path of therapy for each client to support them in reaching their goals.
