I work with clients of all ages and gender identities. My greatest satisfaction comes when individuals can gain confidence, demonstrate introspection, communicate clearly, and make healthy choices in their lives.

I frequently work with adults experiencing relationship challenges, trauma, death, separation, or challenges with their family of origin. My work with children often revolves around those children experiencing challenges with transitions, grief, self-regulation of emotions and when school/day care settings fail to serve them. I work with developmental delays who may be challenged by low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, or adverse childhood experiences.

Therapy techniques used during the session depend on the client's needs. I utilize techniques and language that demonstrate a non-judgmental and solution focused practice.

I use a hybrid model of counseling with both face to face and telehelth sessions. I employ and encourage COVID best practices as highlighted by NMDOH and the CDC.
