A proud advocate and native New Mexican I bring a holistic approach to therapy helping clients achieve their goals and sustain a fulfilling life. I’m proud to live and work in “The Land of Enchantment”. I began my counseling journey in 2001 working with children, adolescents, and adults. Spending 13 years in Rio Rancho Public School District as a Counselor I love working with youth and helping them grow. A “coach” for kids is how I see myself helping them fine tune their life skills. I’m an advocate for them and help them learn to advocate for themselves and for others who may need assistance. Improving the quality of their lives and their education. Bringing that knowledge with me, I work with a variety of issues with most ages and stages to help people achieve their goals.

I’ve recently begun the path to being a “Clinical Herbalist.” I understand how important the land is to the people of New Mexico. Using herbs and native plants in in my practice will give me the flexibility to help my clients on a holistic level. One of my specialties is helping people deal with depression and anxiety. I use a technique called, Brainspotting, to help my clients deal with past and recent traumas in their lives. Treating the whole person is important to me. With therapeutic methods and herbal remedies, my clients and I can create a treatment that will work for them.
