I am a trauma informed specialist, substance abuse practitioner and work with
developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury as well.

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. I do not think that just focusing on the mental or behavioral health problem treats the whole person. So, I work from a mind, body and soul perspective. I work with anyone who is willing to address their fears and concerns with mental illness and trauma, even if they are not aware of what those are yet.

I enjoy helping people and helping them find their inner self. This gives me joy every day.
