Will you be interested in exploring the Inner Awareness Clinical Holistic Therapeutic Approach that integrates Mind, Body, Emotions, Spirit in the self-healing and change process? I welcome your call to explore if my healing approach is right for you. The process entails becoming consciously aware of earlier life fight, flight, freeze, or fawn survival beliefs to understand their traumatic origins, and be able to change them into healthier beliefs. We also, gently, need to become consciously aware of inner feelings, such as our fear of feeling the pain from the trauma again, anger, shame, guilt, self-hate, self-love, forgiveness… Becoming consciously aware of our feelings and their connection with our beliefs will allow us to regulate our emotions and behaviors. And, we can also heal symptoms of fear, anger, shame, guilt, anxiety, depression, dissociation, submission, trauma, PTSD, addiction; as we consciously navigate dysfunctional cultural expectations about gender, being, and behavior. Being aware of our feelings and internal dialogue can help us strengthen our mental and emotional Wills. Effectively, the process applies therapies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to Family Therapy, to Solution-Focus strategies, to Consciousfulness, aka Mindfulness, and Somatic practices to assist us in healing ourselves, our relationships, and our lives.
