With over 34 years of experience, I have had the honor of working with adolescents and adults from all walks of life, across diverse backgrounds, cultures, and identities. My work is rooted in Attachment Theory and the profound human need to be seen, heard, and accepted for one’s authentic self. I believe that every human being carries intrinsic worth and divinity—but that trauma, adversity, and early conditioning often obscure our ability to recognize this truth within ourselves. In my practice, I integrate Schema Therapy, Existential Therapy, and PSYCH-K®️ to guide individuals toward lasting transformation. Through Schema Therapy, we uncover and heal the deeply ingrained beliefs and emotional patterns that were formed before we had the power to choose them. Through an Existential lens, we explore how to live with authenticity, freedom, and self-responsibility—creating meaning and purpose that reflect who we truly are. Finally, through the gentle yet powerful processes of PSYCH-K®️, clients learn to consciously reprogram limiting subconscious beliefs, aligning their inner
world with the life and self they wish to embody. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique journey. Healing, in my view, is not about "fixing" what’s broken—it’s about rediscovering the wholeness that has always
been there.
